This fine 1969 UK STEREO pressing utilizes the same stampers as the 1967 1st pressing.

Both side of the disc have '1-EMI box' Parlophone labels: PCS 7027


Matrix numbers: YEX 637-1 & YEX 638-1

Stamper codes: 2/RDT & 4/GTL

Vinyl weight: 146g


Housed in a rare fully laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed gatefold stereo cover.

Complete with unused cut-out sheet original 'Patent No.' white inner-sleeve.

 Apart from a dynamo sticker on the side 1 label, there is little to fault on this clean, unworn pair.

Visual: EXCELLENT

Clean & unworn deep-gloss playing surfaces which apart from a couple of harmless marks on side 1 and a light fingernail mark on side 1, there is little to fault visually.

Audio: EXCELLENT +

Carefully played just a handful of times on quality equipment, the sound throughout is clean & unworn. Aside from a touch of low-level vinyl background on the run-ins, all tracks play without distractions or faults.

Cover: EXCELLENT +

A fine example which retains a sparkling high-gloss front & rear panels with just light storagewear and a few 'thumbnail' wrinkles. All corners are in nice shape with just light shelfwear bruising to the lower right. The inside of the gatefold is bright & glossy with the usual sliver of missing paper to a small section of the flipovers. All seams are unstressed & the spine is fully laminated and worded.

Cut-out Sheet: EXCELLENT +
