Description
Beatles Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band - MONO recording.
PMC7027 Parlophone original yellow and black labels as shown in photos - 1967 - XEX.637 - first pressing I think.
Gatefold cover. With original cutouts all intact and original red and white flame sleeve. Lyrics on back of cover - Garrod & Lofthouse flip-back cover (I believe is the term).
Matrices: Side 1 XEX 637-1, Side 2 XEX 638-1
From private collection, generally a very good example and vinyl is generally in very good condition. On Side 1, few minor surface scratches on tracks 3, 4 & 6, odd bit of crackle just in the odd spot, but quality of play remains for the most part unaffected. On side 2, one or two very light surface scratches which do not affect quality of play. Sounding good!!
Cover is in very good condition for year, just a few creases and slight nibbling at opening edges.
Carefully examined and all tracks turntable tested, will combine items / postage.
