NOTES
As pointed out already in our prior listing on Rubber Soul: Sometimes Beatles is a strange science, cos this German second press is far more rare and valuable than its first press counterpart. Printed in very low numbers only, still on the White/Red/Gold Odeon label but with the catalog number shifted to 7nnnn already (from 8nnnnn), you'll hardly find a copy of this release on eBay or somewhere else.
These second pressings were basically "designed" for EXPORT, which is why the domestic SMO catalog number has been complemented with ZTOX 5600. Up for auciton here a copy with superb vinyl that safely meets a NEAR MINT grading.

The Beatles' Greatest was recorded in stereo only. It is a non-unique compilation, for it was released in overall three countries:

Audible checks are performed with a Pro-Ject Audio system connected to a DENON PMA 520-AE amplifier, with a Sennheiser 350 headset. Remarks As for the Cover and related issues, please refer to pictures provided right after, which are legal part of this auction.
Has seam split on spine.
Cover is glossy. Allover solid with edge wear, hence EX.
Beautifil labels, BUT wear around spindle hole on both sides.
Vinyl is bright and shiny, superb condition, Side A slightly better than Side B, NM/NM-.
Regarding audio, plays perfectly thru, no jumps, or skips.
Side A: Here and there some noise, brilliant bass and drums, very few noise between tracks, click in Twist And Shout.
Side B: Some more noises in background, click in I Feel Fine.

1st Class Packaging
We are Collectors, hence every record is stored (and will be sent) in a sophisticated way. Many experienced collectors were thrilled by our unique, bullet-proof "packing technicque". Original cover, inner sleeve(s), prospective inserts, and/or whatever may come across, are stored separately. The vinyl sits in a neutral antistatic, padded inner sleeve, which is housed in a stable, neutral cardboard cover. Package is protected by one (or more) transparent plastic sleeves. Finally, all items are being wrapped with thick bubble foil and go to a professional record mailer, which is then being properly sealed with water-resistant tape.

- Grading Every record has been carefully graded visually by ourselves. Most records are audio-graded, too. We grade NM/NM-, EX+/EX/EX-, and VG+/VG/VG-.

A Note On Returns / Return Policy
We are two (crazy?) regular average women (Ginger & Fleur Isabell) who love Beatles, thus collecting their records, we're no dealers. We buy vinyl to acquire better copies of what we have already, then selling our second, third, fourth copies. We are classic collectors and hence describe and grade what we sell to our best knowledge, possessing a very high, sophisticated level of knowledge, in particular regarding European records.
If -for whatever reason- our description doesn't turn out to be appropriate, like, for instance, a song skips or jumps, vinyl isn't flat as assured -these types of "error"-, we certainly accept a return (at buyer's expense), for a collector's satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. That certainly happened already. We know that nobody buys a record from us "just for fun". However, as a very basic rule, all of our sales are personal und final.
ALL WE TRY TO AVOID IS TO SEND RARE, VALUABLE VINYL AROUND THE GLOBE "IN VAIN", JUST TO SATISFY A PERSON'S CURIOSITY, FOR EVERY "ROUND-TRIP" IS A HUGE RISK EXPOSING THE RECORD.
