Here's the bad news.... NO inserts or poster and only ONE black inner sleeve. Sadly, this record has been under loved and over played considerably. Adhering to the Record Collector magazine Ready Reckoner this is only a G/G. The records have liberal marks and scuffs and are in need of a good clean and although the record plays without jumps, it's not for the careful collector. The cover is solid but has some damage to the opening top, a few bumps and scuffs and is a little flat and yellowing.
Here's the good news... It's a great early number! 10416! I've heard of folks that bought this on the day of release and got numbers into the 300,000's.
More good news... it's cheap! Well, it will be cheap because you aren't going to pay over the odds for this are you and I'm starting it at a nice low price with no reserve.
Postage is standard ebay fluff at £3.40. Ebay is of course staffed by muppets who have no idea what a record or suitable packaging weighs so we'll just have to take a hit on that. If you want anything other than standard first class it will be extra. And if you think that the Royal Mail will deliver your record in one day or even one week then ask the fairies at the bottom of your garden to come and get it instead. If you think that ebay saying "delivery within three days" is some sort of guarantee please refer to the bit that explains that ebay is staffed by buffoons. Delivery is within TWO WEEKS, and no less. I work full time on a building site and live in a village without a post office. Your record will be posted the next working day after payment clears.
But.... some more good news... this is a donated record. I am selling this on behalf of my local Wildlife Trust (South Nottinghamshire) - check me/it out here http://www.southnottswildlife.org.uk and see what they do for the country. I absorb the ebay and paypal costs and 100% of the sale price goes to the Trust. For that reason, please do not bid if you have not read clearly the description. If you are an obtuse muppet, keep searching and don't bid. Please do not bid if you are out of the UK, your bid will be disregarded, this will only be sold in the UK. Only Paypal will be accepted for payment unless you want to pick it up. I will be on holiday for part of the time this is listed so if you have questions, please be patient - I won't be taking the record with me! Lastly, go here... http://www.wildlifetrusts.org/ and find out what YOUR local trust does, organizes and looks after. You might be surprised.
