Cat # - Capitol Records – ST 2553, Capitol Records – ST-2553 Jay etched on the matrix of side 2 but looks more like "wly" to me
Sleeve is split all the way on the bottom and half of the top.
Sleeve has been printed at the wrong angle so the catalogue number that should be on the back is on the front in the top right.
