Description
Beatles "Yesterday And Today" original mono US pressing with pasted over "butcher cover" jacket in original unpeeled (2nd state) condition. comes with original goldenrod Capitol inner sleeve. RIAA #6.
Ringo's turtleneck black triangle is clearly visible. please see photos for multiple closeup images of this area. I've provided a color manipulated image that exaggerates the black triangle to make it more clearly visible, its a bit difficult to photograph and is much more obvious when viewing the sleeve in person. I've seen a few butchers before and this one is quite pronounced, its pretty obvious from a distance where others I've seen require some close inspection to notice. at the top right corner there is a small area where someone peeled away the trunk slick a tiny bit and the darker grey color of the butcher cover is partially visible (see 3rd photo).
CONDITION: please read detailed condition notes and don't hesitate to ask me any questions before purchase. if you are unsure or hesitant, please ask first.
disc: VG disc has some light scuffs and spindle marks, no writing on labels, record plays solid with light background noise not overpowering the music.
cover: VG small peeled area near top right corner, bottom seam split about 4", spine has fraying/splitting throughout and only part of spine text is visible. top seam mostly intact. there is a small sticker on back cover (see photo) from old shop. there is some ringwear. cover is still very presentable and would look great in a frame. I believe a gentle wipe down with a damp cloth would clean some of the dirtiness off the front but I will leave that up to the buyer to carry out if they choose.
SHIPPING & PACKAGING: record will be packed professionally with disc housed in a generic sleeve behind jacket + original inner sleeve to prevent any further wear. will be shipped in a new sturdy oversize box type mailer with sufficient filler pads & will be fully insured paid for by me. if you have specific packing instructions just ask me after purchase and I will gladly carry them out.
FREE US shipping via priority mail with signature confirmation and insurance.
international shipping calculated by item weight and your location.
if you have any questions please don't hesitate to message me. thanks for looking!
