Description

UK Apple PMC 7067, mono, "sold in UK" label, matrix 709-1, 710-2, 711-1, 712-1. Probably archive item, has obviously been shelved for years, as the sleeve (with number 148075) is perfect, snow-white and gleaming, but slightly deformed because of having been in a protective outer sleeve a bit too narrow for the album. I'm re-bending it now, so it's VG++, going on M-. The 4 photos and the poster are mint, the black inners are M-. sides 1 and 2 look and play M- (I would never dare to call an opened record mint!), side 3 has a slight imprint of the inner sleeve, from being shelved so long, looks VG++, plays M-, side 4 is M-. I have put a reserve on this one, it being from my own collection, only to leave this premises for a price I can soothe my conscience with.

Please, first read the question and answer at the bottom of the auction. The follow up to it is pasted below here: Q: Maybe it is copy you used for the photo that says (The Continuing Story of Bungalow Bill), because my first pressing only has Bungalow Bill, leaving off (the continuing story) and this I have verified through price guides that state the second pressing has (the contiuing story) and first pressings only have Bungalow BILL. A: Thanks for the info. I could not verify the statement about Bungalow Bill myself, as I do not have a price guide that goes into Beatles matters that deep, but I will display this message in the auction, so that anyone interested in bidding can make his own decision. What guide(s) did you use?

Seems the short Bungalow Bill listing is only present on early US Apple/Capitol pressings.
