I usually describe my discs in detail, pointing out surface noise, pops, clicks, needle marks, e.t.c. The simplest description of this vinyl is, day of release, that's it. The surfaces are pristine (I used a magnifying glass, with the disc angled towards a bright light and could only find a couple of wispy handling lines, no more. The run ins to each track are near silent and the audio is flawless throughout. If you are looking for audio perfection, then this gem will not disappoint.
Needless to say, the labels are pristine, with minimal, light, almost undetectable spindle trails, showing careful alignment, both sides.
The 1st issue cover is in fantastic condition. These original covers, like the Let It Be ones, are slightly oversized at the front and appear to curve away at the top and bottom edges. The laminate is unmarked, front and back. The four corners are perfectly square, with just a mild bump, bottom left. The ultra thin spine is perfect. The opening is razor sharp with just one mild thumb impression.
The plain white, patented inner sleeve is in crisp, near mint condition, showing no signs of its age.
All in all, a perfect addition to any Beatles collection.
I have other Beatles items listed, please take a look.
Please note: I am happy to sell world wide but please do not email me about postal cost. Your item will be well packaged, sent by air, insured and requiring a signature (also trackered, where available). As well as the postal cost, there is also the cost of the packaging to consider. If you object to the amount, then please don't bid. Thank you.
