Description
Sextet with Charlie Christian appearing on 7 of the 8 sides. Other personnel vary from track to track and include Lionel Hampton, Fletcher Henderson, Count Basie, Mel Powell, Cootie Williams, Georgie Auld, and Johnny Guarnieri
Records grade at VG+. All records are included and fully intact with no cracks. First record has a couple small chips on lip which do not affect play. Records have at most only a couple of very light scratches per side; none affect play. All records have wonderful gloss and play with only light surface noise. The sole exception is Air Mail Special which has a couple of light ticks during the guitar solo.
Cover is VG. Small crease in second "E" in sextet and rub wear along top and bottom edges. Small amount of image rubbed off of upper right corner of front and a few other small areas. Book is structurally sound. Spine intact with only very small 1/2 inch tear in cloth at top. Name in ink on inside cover and a couple of small stains. Inner sleeve of first record has small 1/2 inch tear in bottom. Inner sleeves are otherwise fully intact and functional. Each sleeve is numbered in pen and has the personnel for the associated track listed in light pencil. See photos

My grading scale is: sealed/NM/VG/G with one or two plus or minus marks as appropriate. However, I think all that is pretty subjective so I try and describe what I hear and see and leave the alphabet up to the buyer.
