Was bought new by this seller many years ago and now sold from his private collection (you
have absolutely known provenance). Has had one play only on side 3 (I did not play any
LP side without first treating it with LAST vinyl preservative). Played on an expertly setup
high-end audiophile turntable, arm, and cartridge. Has never been exposed to heat or tobacco
smoke and always stored vertically in a specially designed record cabinet (Rackit) to prevent 
warpage. Side 3 was cleaned on a VPI HW 16 after LAST treatment and before first play.

NOTE: Side 4 is identical to side 3 as a backup, assuming side 3 will be the most often played.

Grading 

Note: record grading by text characters is subjective and does not fully describe quality 
levels. Please see photos and my detailed descriptions below.

Outer Jacket: NM (Near Mint) The only things I could find were faint evidence of rubbing on the
bottom edge and a tiny amount of rubbing wear on the upper left front corner. Otherwise it is
indistinguishable from an LP just removed from shrink wrap.

Vinyl:  NM (Near Mint) Side 3 has a LAST vinyl preservative sticker and was played once. All other
sides are Mint, as they were never played.

Packaging
Records are in new "rice paper" Original Master style sleeves to keep their surfaces free of paper dust. 
They will be placed outside the jacket to protect against seam splitting.
Outer jacket is contained in a new clear polyethylene protective sleeve.
Sent in good quality record mailer with cardboard stiffeners.
