MFSL 1-528 – Berlioz, Symphonie Fantastique, Lorin Maazel, Cleveland Orchestra – This original master audiophile recording was pressed in Japan with the meticulous care that made Mobile Fidelity famous. The vinyl on this copy is essentially perfect – I purchased it myself in the early 80’s and have only played it twice since then. The surfaces are clean, glossy, and exceptionally quiet with NO pops, clicks, tics, or skips - it is very quiet, with NO marks. The vinyl looks and plays mint (M). The labels also look new. The jacket shows virtually no wear and grades NM (see photos). In summary, this is a near mint copy of this famous audiophile recording.
