NEAR MINT Condition. Album/Book is almost perfect, with very light aging to cloth and label. Spine and binding are perfect, with no wear. Very minimal wear to corners of album from storage. All record sleeves are intact with no marks, no tears, no splitting. Records are Near Mint with no defects. The only scratch noticed was on "Million Dollar Baby", but it did not affect playing. All 4 records have been tested and play extremely well for their age. I would imagine that they would play even better if they were cleaned, but due to the very delicate nature of shellac records, I will leave that to the new owner. The original booklet is included and is in excellent condition, with 2 small folds on cover. There is a name label on the back cover.
