This auction is for two original 78 RPM record albums of Christmas carols and Holiday music. 
This auction will end in time for you to get these records by before Christmas as long as you are within the continental USA. I will ship the day after the auction ends as long as payment is received promptly! If you need faster shipment than Media Mail and you live inside the US, I can arrange it, but there will be an additional shipping charge. 
The records in the album have all been graded as EX- or EX. All records graded "EX-" have been play tested to ensure that they are graded properly (to make sure that the slight flaws do not affect playback). 
You will find other examples of these albums listed on Ebay for lower prices, but not in this excellent condition!
Album 1
The classic Christmas album "Merry Christmas" by Bing Crosby, Decca Album 403, 1945. The album is in high "Very Good" condition with minor scuffing to the edges, some darkening on the cover, and some fading of the text (see photos) There are no tears, the inside is tight, and the spine lettering is clean and bright. 
The album contains 5 records, four of Bing Crosby and one with Bing Crosby and the Andrews Sisters.

Album 2
The second album is "Christmas Carols" by The Lyn Murray Singers, Columbia set C-94 from 1942. The album is in Excellent condition, with only minor wear to the edges and some rubbing on the back cover. The front cover and spine look bright and clean, and the inside is tight with no tears. The inside of the back cover contains song lyrics.

Grading System:

NM:  The record is in like new condition and shows no apparent signs of wear from handling or play. Close visual inspection is required to notice any flaws.

EX: The record may have some minor wear to the label or very light scuffs or one or two slight scratches, but these are not very noticeable and they do not affect play at all.

EX-: The record may have a little more scuffing, scratching, or label wear than an EX record, but playback is not noticeably affected.

VG+: The record may have light scratches or other signs of wear that may be noticeable visually but these defects do not affect playback in a way that will be perceived by most listeners. The label may have scratches or minor signs of wear, especially around the hole.

VG: The record may have multiple scratches and scuffs that have minor but noticeable effects on playback, the label may be obviously worn or have tears. The record can still be listened to and enjoyed without the defects becoming a distraction.

G: The record may be heavily scratched and/or chipped along the edges, or it may be heavily scuffed producing background noise. Playback is noticeably affected by the damage, however the record is still playable without skipping. The label may have major tears or may be illegible.

F: The record cannot be played through without skipping, or the record is extremely scratched or scuffed so that the noise almost overwhelms the music, or the record is cracked, the label may be missing, etc. Generally a record that would only be sold if it is rare, but would not be played.

Note – Low levels of background hiss and crackle are normal on 78 RPM records and do not factor into grading play-tested records. Records with levels of hiss and crackle that are above what you would expect to hear on an average EX grade record do affect the grade. On older records (before 1930), it is normal for the audio recording to sound duller and the background noise to sound louder due to the recording technology that was used at the time. This also does not affect grading of such records.
