LP : Bintangs - Travelling in the U.S.A.
Label/Matrix: NL 1970 Decca 6419 001 with 1Y // 2Y, first Dutch pressing
Condition Record : Looks EX, a few tiny spots on the vinyl and light hairlines plays VG++ (does NOT skip) , some tracks have very light background noise, hardly to hear.
Cover VG+++ , clean and unwritten, with corners only tiny "eaten", a spot of removing a sticker left upper , backside of the cover contains a sticker.
Overall a very nice album, difficult to get in Holland, Rare
Extra Info: Monster psych blues record from the Netherlands !! Their RARE 2nd 1970 album ...Rare Dutch pressing on the Decca label .. .. hard to get album !!What is there to say about the BINTANGS.... They came from Beverwijk and had CULT status in Noord Holland in mid-60s as SUPER WILD band! These guys were RAW, PRIMITIVE and had a WILD sounding strong FREAKBEAT and Rhythm'n'Blues roots. Influenced by early Jethro Tull (flute), Savoy Brown and of course by the Cuby and The Blizzards. Fantastic Dutch psych blues album which needs more coverage.... great guitar riffs, FUZZ leads, PSYCH flute, GREAT vocal... Dutch HEAVY UNDERGROUND PSYCH masterpiece... one of my favorites.... !!
