Vertigo ''large swirl'' label - with the wording ''Vertigo'' credited below the spindle hole on label side B.
Matt gatefold sleeve - with the credits mentioning ''Management / Jim Simpson, Big Bear, Birmingham''
Cat# - 6360 011 appears on B-side label, spine and rear of sleeve above VO PRICE CODE.
To distinguish from other releases: P 1970 is written above 33 1/3 on right side on label

Note:
There is no break in between the tracks "Hand of Doom" and "Rat Salad" - i.e. looks as though there are only three tracks on the B side of the record when there are actually four. Gatefold sleeve designed and photographed by Marcus Keef. Originally to be titled "War Pigs" this was changed at the last minute to avoid offending the US market due to their ongoing involment in the Vietnam war. The original title makes more sense with Keef's cover concept...sleeve is unlaminated on this 1st pressing...Note the credit to Jim Simpson/Big Bear Management on the inner gatefold-this was immediately withdrawn as soon as it was issued due to contractual disputes between the band and Big Bear. Extremely Rare 1st pressing on the UK Vertigo label!!!
VINYL VG- Vinyl has visible scratches but plays as if it were a strong VG rating, no skips or sticks and still has a nice sheen to it...a great listen with your general light surface noise here and there, more noticeable in quiet parts. GATEFOLD SLEEVE VG Average wear with some creases, rubbing and wear to corners and spine but nothing off putting and still in very decent shape, text is still fully readable on the spine...no names or writing on it...pics tell all! INNER SLEEVE VG Has some seem splits, age stains and a few wrinkles but still in decent shape

I've set the shipping to Canada and the United States because shipping overseas via Canada Post is very expensive for a tracked package, but if you live abroad and would like to bid on the record send me a message and I'll find out how much it would cost...but please contact me first as there are several countries that Canada Post will not offer tracked shipping to.
