Description
GENUINE FIRST PRESSING COPY OF THIS.
VINYL IS A FIRST PRESSING, MATRICES AS FOLLOWS:
VO6 1Y*1
VO6 2Y*1
LABELS INCLUDE LARGE 'VERTIGO' SWIRL ABOVE SPINDLE HOLE AND PRINTED WITH 'A PHILIPS RECORD PRODUCT' NEAR BOTTOM.
So, definite 1st.
Now, and here's the odd thing, the GATEFOLD cover appears to be a slightly later OR 'crossover'!
As usual, Ozzy's name spelt incorrectly, but the 'WARNING' box print states 'subsists in all Vertigo...'
PLEASE SEE IMAGES FOR MATRIX INFO AND TRACK LISTING PLUS GENERAL CONDITION. Tells you what you need to know.
VINYL IN GREAT CONDITION, ESPECIALLY GIVEN ITS' AGE.
Has lots of light and hairline marks plus a few deeper, more visual ones. Plays well but more of a collector/completist piece? Still sounds fresh, actually, with, of course, crackle between tracks and during quieter spells, noticeable more at beginning of track one, side 1., to be expected really.
ORIGINAL INNER MISSING BUT WILL COME WITH NEW POLY LINED ONE.
COVER HAS SEAM SPLIT ALONG WHOLE OF BASE PLUS A PIECE MISSING ON BOTTOM OF FRONT COVER. VERY WORN, ON THE WHOLE.
SPINE WORN, CANNOT READ PRINT. PRINT ELSEWHERE AND INSIDE GATEFOLD PERFECTLY CLEAR!
***ODDBALL COLLECTORS/COMPLETIST, COPY AT FAIR PRICE!***
This will be supplied with a new poly lined inner and album slipcase or blakes sleeve. It will be packed in a sturdy vinyl specific quality mailer with stiffeners as reqd and the disc removed from outer when shipping.
I'm happy to combine shipping charges on multiple purchases.
Please ask if you require further information or pics.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS WELCOME AS ALWAYS!
