Description
This is a 7" single by NWOBHM (New Wave Of British Heavy Metal) band, Bleak House.
The single was released in 1980 on Buzzard Records and has the cat no. BUZZ 1
Side one of the single is listed as Rainbow Warrior (4.20), and the second side is two tracks - Isandhlwana (4.05) and Inquisition (2.16)
The rear of the single has the track list as above, then lists the band as;
Graham Shaw - Vocals
Roy Reed - Drums
Gez Turner - Bass
Bob Bonshor - Guitar
Graham Killin - Guitar
There is also the following dedication;
"Special thanks to the Old Buzzard and all with Whitebird and Everyone who has helped and supported us in the past two years for this record is dedicated to you, MAY WE MEET AGAIN".
As you can see from the pictures, the sleeve (which appears to be possibly hand-made or hand-coloured) has suffered some considerable water damage. It is however, all perfectly legible. The main damage is to the coloured border around the front of the single, and to the bottom edge (close up in the pictures above).
Amazingly though, the record itself appears to be absolutely A1 condition and doesn't even look like it's been played (the "mark" on the photo is a light reflection).
I know nothing about this band I'm afraid, so I can't furnish you with any biographical information. This is what I can glean from the web;
