Blind Willie Johnson Columbia 14425 78 RPM Gospel Blues
Blind Willie Johnson Columbia 14425. Lord I Just Can't Keep From Crying b/w Keep Your Lamp Trimmed And Burning. I have played this record on a 1940's juke with a light tone arm and a 3 mill stylus. It plays through with no skips or loud pops. There is a lamination crack on the Crying side which runs from the outer edge into the record about 1 inch. It seems to have no affect on the playing and cannot be heard. Also there is a very slight rim chip which is only about 1/16th of an inch and goes nowhere near the grooves. Otherwise the condition is V/V+.
