Description
This is a genuine copy of Blue Bayou by Roy Orbison, originally released in 1963.
"Blue Bayou" is a song written by Roy Orbison and Joe Melson. It was originally sung and recorded by Orbison, who had an international hit with his version in 1963. It later became Linda Ronstadt's signature song, with which she scored a Top 5 hit with her cover in 1977. The song has since been recorded by many others.
The presentation is produced in a professionally cut mount in white core board, with all apertures cut at a 45 degree bevel to show off the items at their best. The presentation consists of the record, a photo quality picture of Roy from around the time of recording, a plaque stating details of the item and on the back a hand signed certificate of authenticity. We only ever use genuine original releases to make our presentations, and each one is hand made.
The presentation is professionally finished in a black 14” x 8” frame (Overall size 16” x 10”) and uses top quality styrene rather than normal float glass to ensure quality. This would make the ideal gift for any fan of Rock and Roll
