Description

ue and silver label, deep groove; Bill Grauer Production, mono. Mitchell, trumpet; Wynton Kelly piano; Sam Jones, bass; Roy Brooks, drums. 8 tracks. Recorded in 1960. This is a showcase perfromance for Mitchell. Cover VG(-) All of the top edge and most of the bottom edge have split. Held together by 1" pieces of masking tape. Corner wear with creases on the upper insert edge corner. Light aging on the back cover Light wear on the front cover with a few small scuff marks indicating a partial record ring. This is relatively light. Record: VG+ to Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. There are a few light brush-like rub marks on the both sides of the record. There are a few clicks at the beginning few revolutions on Track 1, Side1 and even less at the begiining Track 4, Side 1. Except for a very few , infreqent clicks elsewhere, no other surface noise. Played a few times. I have indicated a VG+ in the overall rating to reflect the described noise. In general. most tracks play with no interference, like new. Audibly checked.
