About : This is the first 1963 UK release of a USA Bo Diddley recording.  It is in great condition and plays beautifully.

OverallGrading EXCELLENT

This album is possibly as good a copy as you are likely to find.  It is in really very nice overall condition for a 1963 mono recording and plays beautifully.  Most unusual for a pop record of that era when one considers the kind of record playing equipment in use at that time.

Labels : EXCELLENT

Pye International orange and yellow labels.  Both label sides are great with minimal signs of age, no writing, no stickers, and no tears whatsoever. Just has some light spindle marks from general light use over the years. 

Record : Visual EXCELLENT

Original 1963 heavy quality Vinyl.  Nice bright, clean and shiny. Fantastic jet black mirror like surfaces, it looks great with only one or two light visible marks.   It is very hard to see any faults at all in the vinyl.

Record : Audio  EXCELLENT

It plays brilliantly with fantastic mono clarity.  It really sounds incredible with no hisses, hops, distortion, sticks or skips. Only like pretty much all records has just a mere touch of the lightest crackle and a few light ticks here and there but generally it plays amazingly well.  

Sleeve : EXCELLENT

Original 1963 UK front laminated flipback sleeve.  The sleeve is in great condition.  Very clean with no stains, foxing or tears.  Just slight creasing at the corners.  The spine is clean and legible and the laminate is undamaged.  It includes the original Pye inner sleeve.

Mint (M)

The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

Excellent (EX)

The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good (VG)

The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable
