Description

An original mono 1st press of BACK HOME on UK CBS. Matrix A1/B1. Labels exhibit the speed as large font "33". The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original Mono cover printed by E J Day. The original patent pending inner sleeve is present too. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete. << A Game Of Two Halves!>>
Vinyl (Ex-/Vg) In very nice condition and has only seen light to moderate use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing heavy or troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly NEAREXCELLENT level of playback on side 1. As is often the case - the acoustic side exhibits more sign of use [or should I say 'reveals'].  Side 2 is nearer VERYGOOD. 'Tambourine Man' - plays with a bit of background throughout [ no surprises!]. Not bad - still enjoyable, but not clean. The other tracks play marginally better, but not clean. Still enjoyable given their acoustic nature and the vintage angle.
Cover (Vg+) A touch of discolouration just creeping [low-level] on the front. Still very nice looking though and no creases. The rear has escaped the worst of the ageing process - just light evidence against spine and near the opening. All flipbacks are secure and intact. Minimal edge wear and firm opening. The spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg) A bit aged. A bit creased. Bag present. No splits.  All original!
