DESCRIPTION
Bob Dylan's 'The Bootleg Series', volume 1-3 [rare & unleased] 1961-1991, Vinyl Box Set containing 5 LPs, booklet and card.
CONDITION
All 5 LPs are in mint condition. I purchased the box set second hand shortly after it came out. It is my opinion that none of the LPs had been played at that time. I played a couple of LPs, picking out choice tracks, but that's it since the early 90s when it was purchased. I bought it at the height of my Bob Dylan phase, but just never got around to paying it much attention, staying with his classic albums instead.
All LP sides are gleaming new shinning vinyl with no dust in grooves - they play silently (as new) on a high end turntable. There are no scratches, although a couple of the LPs show very very light scuff marks when held up to a light. I presume this is from being removed from sleeves. I've done my best to capture the condition on camera, but it's quite difficult to do so. You'll just have to trust my feedback rating and the fact that I don't want any negative feedback. Beside, any issue and it can be returned (provided it's in the same condition).
The booklet is also mint condition with no marks or folds or ware of any kind. I'm not sure if even I ever looked through it.
There is a thin white printed card also included. This is not mint as it has a couple of small marks (see photo) in the bottom left corner.
Finally, The box itself in also not mint condition as each of the 8 corners have been worn slightly (see photo - this is as bad as it gets - other corners show much less wear) and two corner edges have additional scuff marks from storing the item (see same photo - again, this is the worst of the two corners with scuff marks). Inside the box on one of the side walls is the serial number hand written. I presume this was made by the previous owner, but it seems a strange thing to do. Perhaps all similar box sets have this?
SHIPPING
I used to work this all out accurately according to different parts of the world etc, but it's just so much easier to apply a fixed £10 shipping charge for anywhere in the world. This does advantage some buyers more than others, but it's not excessive. I have a good strong cardboard box full of foam ready to ship the item in.
If you are in mainland UK then I will ship via Royal Mail 'Next Day' Special Delivery which includes insurance up to £500.
For those outside mainland UK, I will ship via Royal Mail Airmail 'Small Packets' including Royal Mail Airsure insurance which also covers up to £500.
PAYMENT
For UK buyers, I accept cheques, UK Postal Orders and PayPal.
For all other buyers, I accept PayPal only I'm afraid.
RETURNS
You must inform me within 7 days of receiving the item that you wish to return it. I will only refund the value of the item, not the £10 shipping charge and any costs you incur returning the item. The item must be in the same condition.
