Bob Marley and the Wailers - Catch A Fire, 1973 vinyl - rare zippo sleeve.

Original pressing, bought new by my mum in 1973.  Featuring the rare 'zippo' sleeve in very good condition. Opens smoothly and the hinge is still in very good condition (this is the part that most often breaks on other examples of this sleeve).  The adhesive on the far edge to the lid has stopped holding together (see photo 5).  I'm sure this could be fixed easily with glue but I will leave that to the buyer to decide what they want to do with it.  You can also see where this edge has at one time been held together by sellotape (see photo 6), but the tape is no longer there and has only left a very faint mark. The black inner sleeve is the original too.

The vinyl itself is in great condition.  I've never listened to this record in the 20+ years it's been in my possession and I don't recall us ever having a working record player when I was growing up so I'm fairly sure this record has not been played in well over 40 years. I have, however, listened to it once to check the playback.  It plays well, with no skips or jumps.
