Released in the US in November 1995, this reissue, remastered, limited edition of "Catch A Fire", by Bob Marley & The Wailers was remastered & pressed by Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab, Chicago, Illinois. It is taken from the original master tapes displaying superior audiophile sonics, practically placing you behind the console from that original iconic recording session. "Catch A Fire" plays with clarity, energy, presence, and openness that capture the expressiveness, dynamics, and scope that personify Reggae Music. Every track is explosive as you hear the separation between the vocals, instruments, and wide soundstaging while pushing you into a zone of Music Nirvana! This vinyl album is in mint condition & has been securely stored; kept in its protective inner sleeve. The OUTSIDE gatefold sleeve shows minimal fading. Further, there is one dinged corner, but otherwise, no marks, bends, or creases on the outside of the cover. The INSIDE gatefold presents lifting of the very bottom print on both sides as seen in the pictures. This is Special Limited Edition #4 out of 7,500 pressed. Indeed, a very special copy of an iconic album!! From a smoke-free home & original owner, it was purchased 25 years ago.
This is a half-speed production and is specially plated & pressed on 200 grams of high definition vinyl, mastered from the original master tapes. #MFSL 1-236.
