Original AFRTS transcription LP RL‑38‑1, pairing Willie Bobo’s Uno‑Dos‑Tres with selections from his Spanish Blues Band. Produced exclusively for U.S. service members and distributed to bases worldwide, AFRTS discs were never sold commercially. Collectors prize these for their scarcity and unusual pairings - here showcasing Bobo’s Latin jazz and soul‑infused covers of contemporary hits like “Dock of the Bay,” “Michelle,” and “I Heard It Through the Grapevine.” A strong VG+ example with generic paper sleeve bearing matching ‘188’ markings as on the label.
