Additional information: Rare white label promo only various artists Disc Jockey LP from Capitol Records. LP looks unplayed. Sleeve looks very nice, with no tape or writing, just a 3" seam split at middle bottom sleeve. Includes tracks by David Rose, Douglas Leedy, Fred Waring, Jackie Gleason, and more. Each month Capitol released one of these LPs to it's vendors. At the end of the year it was revealed that putting the LPs together creates a rather huge poster, with Santa in the middle, surrounded by reclining women. Very Cheesecake concept! I am listing eleven of the 12 LPs this week, so please look at my other listings. Combined shipping can be arranged, so please do not pay if you win multiple auctions until you receive an invoice. I don't think these come up very often as a set, so here's your chance to own 11 of the 12! Includes generic white paper sleeve as issued. The back cover has this blurb - "Keep the cover and post it on a wall marked reserved for luscious "Capitol Disc Jockey Albums." After collecting and posting a year's worth, what will emerge is a magical-fantastic puzzle in one luscious piece."
