Description

CAPITOL RECORDS(PRO 3123/3124)-SILVER PLATTER SERVICE 123/124-OCTOBER 1964. This one features an interview with BRIAN WILSON of the BEACH BOYS promoting the STU PHILLIPS & HOLLYRIDGE STRINGS BEACH BOYS SONGBOOK. Ghastly, you can just see Brian squirming as he tries to be complementary about the product. Anyhow also features an interview with JIM ECONOMIDES promoting his SOUNDS OF THE DRAGS.

Cover grades NM-, there is some slight damage to bottom spine(looks like nibbling?), otherwise stunning crisp and clean condition. Record could use a serious cleaning. Record play grades VG++, there is some sporadic crackle. The Brian Wilson part play grades NM. Comes in nice clean original sleeve; one sleave seam has come unglued. Nice rare record for your consideration. Questions?
