Description
This LP is from my personal collection and is by CHAMPION JACK DUPREE. I've had this LP for over 20 years and I'm going to be listing some of my rarer items over the next few months. The album is called "BLUES FROM THE GUTTER" and was released in 1959. Both cover and record are in M- condition. This is on ATLANTIC 8019.

GRADING:
M-
This is our highest grade. Sometimes referred to as Near Mint as well. A like new record with virtually no imperfections. Any evident inferfections would be minor and noted. LP covers are in like new condition. Only with close observation would you notice that the item may have an ever so slight imperfection.
VG++
In our grading, a VG++ is similar to an E+ grade. The record will be close to M- except for a few light scuffs or minor imperfections. Looks and sounds great overall. The cover or sleeve will show very minor wear, but corners and seams are still fine.
VG+
The record has minor signs of use, but the wear should not be too visually or audibly distracting. Minor light scratches or scuffs would be would be present and if there are audible pops, they should be minimal. For covers, minor wear is noticeable on artwork, corners or edges. Any unusual imperfections will be noted.
VG
A record that has been obviously well played, yet audibly still sounds okay. Background pops or hiss would be minimal. On covers, there can be moderate wear with possible minor tears, corner wear or fraying, seam splits or similar defects.
VG-
A worn record that has significent wear and/or imperfections. The record may have pops and hiss. Sound quality varies on VG- records, some can still sound okay. Covers will have heavier usage and wear. Some major imperfections such as fading, split seams, tape, corner fraying and tears could be present. These usually will be noted in the description.
G
A record that is visually and probably audibly distracting. For covers there will be considerable imperfections that are noted.
