Description

The Chanaclairs on Coleman 1056 ("See See Rider" b/w "Yuletide Love") from 1956.  Fantastic street corner version of Ma Rainey's blues classic backed with great transitional r&b ballad. Coleman was a small record label from Newark, NJ that specialized in gospel and r&b--a very tough label (try finding the 5 Blind Boys on Coleman!).  Condition: shellac is near mint--no scuffs or scratches, a number of fingerprints.  Labels are near mint--just a few faint spindle tracks.
