CHARLES MINGUS: "MINGUS AH UM" LP - On COLUMBIA Records, CL 1370.  Original 1959 MONO 1st pressing with the classic Red & Black '6-Eyes' labels.  Early pressing with matrix numbers stamped in trail-off vinyl (dead wax) ending "1B" & "1G".  The label is DEEP GROOVE on both sides.  Thick vinyl, thick cardboard cover.  The vinyl is in NM condition (absolutely beautiful gloss)!!  The thick jacket is in excellent shape, displays wonderfully.  Small piece of transparent tape at bottom right corner.  No seam splits, no cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking.  The songs are:  Better Git It in Your Soul; Goodbye Pork Pie Hat; Boogie Stop Shuffle; Self-Portrait in Three Colors; Open Letter to Duke; Bird Calls; Fables of Faubus; Pussy Cat Dues; Jelly Roll.
