                          COVER   VG++ TO NEAR MINT  NO SEAM SPLITS. CUT OUT (NOT ALL THE WAY THROUGH) AND WRITING ON THE BACK. STAMPED #119 ON BOTTOM RIGHT. SEE PICS.
