Side 1/Side 2: Many faint scuffs & scratches all over the surface, many feelable scratches, looks very scratchy, plays with some heavy surface noise or crackle or skips.

Front/Back: Top and bottom seam split, tapes on bottom, edge & spine wear, some scuffs & stain.

NM NEAR MINT = Slightly less than perfect, vinyl has a few slightest of wear, nothing major.
VG+ VERY GOOD PLUS = Has a few more minor scratches and scuffs which shouldn't affect play.
VG VERY GOOD = More scratches and scuffs than VG+, but still in fairly nice condition.
G+ GOOD PLUS = Excessive wear, may have some skips or warps and usually quite noticeable surface noise.
