Description

Gold colored LP in vg+ to near mint condition as it is under a framed cover,,,a Certified RIAA sales award.  "" CHER "" GEFFEN Records GHS 24164 , 1987 the David Geffen company. this is a gold colored LP record and cassette, set in a black matte under a plastic glass, with a black plastic frame ( unfortunately the clear  plastic picture cover does haves a few scratches and the rails and back side of the  black plastic  laminated frame has loosened from the underneath wood frame, ,it can easily be taped/glued together or replace with a new frame)).but the  loosened frame does Not effect the fine quality of the LP record.  the LP say's "' Geffen records Ghs 24164 ,CHER , 1987 the david geffen company" and on the gold colored cassete it says "" Gold Sales Award " then below the cassette is a picture of  CHER on the left ,in the center it say's "" presented to  (the 2 peoples names) to commemorate the sale of more than 500,000 copies of the GEFFEN RECORDS album and cassette " CHER" ""  and on the right side in 3 demensional color it says "" Certified RIAA sales award ""  the frame measures 21" tall and 17" wide .  weighs 3 pounds 12 ounces unpacked.

i have just discovered that due to a software problem the listing has not included the description information as I had believed. In order to make sure this auction is clear I am submitting this information.

The frame on this item has seen better days. The frame is wood with an bonded black gloss plastic covering. It is loosing it's bond in some areas. There are chips of this covering along the edges as well. The black matte backing board has come loose from the frame and has surface scratches and edge wear. The plastic glass has numerous scratches. All of this does NOT affect the award. It has been protected from damage by the frame and glass. Please ask questions BEFORE bidding. Those who currently have bids should retract them if these items are issues. My sincerest apologies to everyone. I was unaware of the issue until this morning.
