ADDITIONAL INFO:  THE CHERRY SLUSH:  Saginaw, Michigan garage band the Cherry Slush formed in mid-1965, teaming singer Danny Parsons, guitarist Mark Burdick, bassist Art Hauffe, keyboardist Brian Bennett, and drummer Dick Coughlin. Originally known as the Wayfarers and later the Captives, in late 1966 the group tapped local legend Dick Wagner -- of Detroit sensations the Bossmen and the Frost, and later a sought-after session player -- to produce their debut single, "She'll Be Back." The record earned regional attention, and the Cherry Slush next traveled to Cleveland to cut the follow-up, 1967's "I Cannot Stop You." The single was a smash throughout southeast Michigan, reportedly selling in excess of 75,000 copies. With guitarist Gene Bruce replacing Burdick, the band recorded its third single, "Day Don't Come," at Chicago's famed Chess Studios; though another local blockbuster, it failed to garner attention outside of the Detroit scene. In late 1968, the Cherry Slush recorded their final single, a cover of the Beatles' "Birthday." The following year, the band dissolved. In 2001, Wagner's WMG label compiled Looking Back, a collection of all the Cherry Slush's singles. In the summer of 2002, the lineup of Parsons, Bruce, Hauffe, Bennett, and Coughlin reunited for the first time in 33 years to play a set as part of a Wagner tribute at Saginaw's White's Bar.

Packaging :

I take great care during packaging and do each one personally. I use hand cut cardboard, which I get from a trucking company. (It's so thick that you will save it and use it again.) Each piece is 1/4 inch thick and together they are very stronge. I always remove the record from the picture sleeve and ship them inside a clear plastic record sleeve. All packages are marked in red : "Fragile Sticker" on one side and "Do Not Bend" on other both side.

Postage :

You have to pay for the postage.   This record will weigh 6 ounces when ready to ship. US winners can figure out your own postage costs for US First Class or Media Mail with tracking. I will send it through USPS and you will get an email with the tracking number. Overseas winners will get it sent by First Class Mail International. (Buyers from Brazil, France and Italy will assume all risks for shipping to your country.) I will send your record as soon as you pay. (same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM, Monday thru Friday) I will combine postage if you win more than one record. Please wait for my invoice for all of your winnings in one package. ANY EXTRA FEES lNCLUDING CUSTOM FEES WILL BE PAID BY BUYER

We normally ship via US Post Office 'First Class International'. Customers in Europe and Asia usually receive the record within 1-2 weeks. If you desire expedited delivery or tracking to delivery, we are glad to quote alternative shipping options.

EXCELLENT  (EX) May have fine paper scuff other than look flawless 

VG++ Denotes tiny VISUAL flaw or paper scuff(s) that is cosmetic, or minor markings that cannot be heard

G "Good" Disc has lots of wear, and serious visual abrasions. It should play through without skipping (unless otherwise noted). Condition is generally rough, but is good enough to serve as a "filler" copy until something better comes along. Only the rarest of records will be listed in this condition.

All other defects, such as cut-out holes (CO), stickers and/or writing on the label (SOL / WOL) and warping (wrp) are noted as listed here.

U.S.: Paypal is preferred. Personal checks will have to clear before I ship the item(s). You may also contact me before the end of the auction about other options.

Outside of the U.S.: Paypal is much preferred, but you may contact me before the end of the auction to discuss other options.

If you live anywhere outside of the U.S.: Packages are normally sent via first class airmail.

I am happy to ship internationally, however I will not change the value of the record. There are many reasons for this. First, I enjoy selling records and do not want to jeopardize that. Second, I include a receipt with the order and if customs were to examine the package, they would see the difference. Third, if something were to happen to the item in shipping, I would refund the customers money, but then not be able to claim what was lost. Thanks you for understanding.
