Box cover condition - EX++

The sleeves for the records do have some discoloration due to age and the box itself has a slight tear/discoloration on a part of the black border but is barely noticeable. front of box has slight black smudging. Back of box has very small green mark. Please view photos before bidding it can still be graded very high/tight binding.

Vinyl itself is in amazing condition and looks NM+/never played...one of the labels has very slight scratch.
