Issued during 1960, here's a very nice copy of a rare and hard to find UK original White Demo copy of this classic tune from CHUBBY CHECKER with "THE TWIST" on the UK Columbia imprint # DB 4503 and backed with "TOOT".
This copy plays superbly throughout with top audible quality and remains in excellent plus condition with light surface sleeve rubs and minimal crackle on the run-in and run-out groove. It has the 4-prong centre intact and the labels are clean on both sides with the odd minor blemish and devoid of any written radio station annotations and with light spindle wear. Paired with an original company sleeve and very much a top copy for the collector (see picture scans).
