Description

CHUCK AND MARY PERRIN - "The Chuck And Mary Perrin Album". (webster's last word records 2102; stereo; 1968). Excellent private local Illinois folk psych LP. Recorded at Golden Voice Studios in South Pekin, Illinois. Rare, only 500 copies pressed; produced and distributed by Perrin. Outstanding, strong production, excellent sound on this private pressing! Pressed on thick vinyl with a heavy cardboard fold-open cover. Cuts: "Commencement, Violets of dawn, Mornings, You knew all along, Don't know why i love you like i do, Song for canada, Babe can you see, Circus of sour (donovan song), Younger generation (john sebastian song), To a better life". *NOTE condition: *Vinyl side #1 is a strong VG++, shiny bright, light surface marks, plays clean and clear. Side #2 has a scratch that starts in the middle of cut #1, goes all the way across cut #2 and goes into about 1/3 of cut #3. *This scratch does NOT skip but it DOES cause a click on each revolution. The sound behind the click is a strong VG++, as is the rest of side #2. The black and white fold-open cover has slight ring wear and slight edge wear, has a slight scuff on the top left of the back cover. **Domestic postage, handling, insurance options: A) Media mail (slower) w/insurance: $5.00.
