Decca LK-4739 Sweden 1965 EX/EX
The Coachmen were four guys from Manchester, England - Stuart Bradbury, Rod Kent, Roger Drew and Brian Kirk - who made a tour of Sweden in the summer of 1964. They were an instant hit with the Swedish audience and recorded an album for the Swedish Decca label, which shows that they were highly influenced by the Kingston Trio, the Brothers Four and the rest of the early pre-Dylan Folk Scene. Songs include "500 Miles", "Poor Wayfaring Stranger", "Dirty Old Town" a.o.
