You are looking at a very clean original copy of Conversations Regarding The Future of Architecture, a compilation of excerpts from recorded talks with seven of the leading architects of the United States in 1956. These architects are Richard Neutra, Philip Johnson, Gordon Bunshaft, Ernest Kump, Eero Saarinen, Mie Van Der Rohe and Walter Gropius. Has a wonderful gate folded cover with track by track information and other useful notes. I love the graphic design of the cover and gatefold section.
This lp was carefully cleaned with a Spin-Clean Record Washer system and then placed in a new heavyweight acid free paper or a new poly inner sleeve before listing. Vinyl and outer sleeve were then placed in a new poly outer sleeve for added protection. Will be shipped in a sturdy recorder mailer with cardboard pads. Ships for free in the U.S. with USPS Media Mail.
Vinyl Condition (I use Goldmine Grading Guide Standard): EX / Excellent. Clean labels. Glossy vinyl surface. Record appears to have always been stored in its original rice paper inner sleeve.
Outer Sleeve Condition: EX / Excellent. Clean with bright colors on the front and back covers and inside the gatefold. Shows minor shelf wear along edges, spine and at corners and minor / faint ring wear. No split seams, no water or humidity damage, no writing, no creases or tears, no major or very noticeable signs of use. Looks presentable. From the estate of a gentleman who took care of his records.
