I have taken most of the photos out in the sun so you can really appreciate how clean and tight this cover really is. If you chose to finish the peel then you would have an exceptional piece of art work. Or leave is as is as a testament to someone got stoned and started to peal and got bored or distracted. Very clean disc with no issues and only superficial marks. Plays Beautifully as a testament to the ULTRASONIC CLEANING! Clean and strong well beyond its visual. Unlike most of the crap out there this one is a TRUE KEEPER!

RECORD/ITEM FOR SALE: "THE VELVET UNDERGROUND" lp on the US Verve Records label. It is catalog #V6-5008 stereo.
RECORD CONDITION/GRADE: The disc grades visually at vg+/74. The labels are vg+/ex/83. The cover is ex/84 with shelf, seam, spine, opening and corner wear along with corner dings/dents and light marks.
GRADING: I try to give an accurate representation of the record with a numerical value. I infer that the records should play their visual grade. I have given a numerical grade to correspond to typical record grading for the approximate percentage of wear. For example, excellent/85 means the disc should have about 15% wear/marks from a NEW record. Sealed lps should be new. By looking at the photos you can find band info and song titles.MINT = 100
NEAR MINT = 94-99
EXCELLENT/NEAR MINT =90-93 (borderline near mint)
EXCELLENT = 84-89
VG+/EXCELLENT = 80-83 (borderline excellent)
VG+ = 74-79
VG/VG+ = 70-73 (borderline vg+)
VG =64-69
