Description
Cream---"Wheels Of Fire"---Original UK 1st Press MONO Double Album In EX/VG Condition On The Polydor Label---A1, B1, A1 and B1 From 1968
This is a UK pressing from 1968 in MONO on the Polydor label, cat. no. 582031/2 with matrices A1, B1, A1 and B1.
Vinyl: EX. The vinyl is in nice condition with a great shine and a little marking and light hairlining in a few places. It plays through great as follows. Side 1 has a little surface noise in quiet parts with a bit of crackle and a few ticks at the end of track 3. Side 2 has just a few light "ticky" surface noises in some quiet parts. Side 3 has some surface noise which gets a little louder in quietest parts and side 4 starts with a little light crackle then plays virtually NM especially during the drum solo which normally has a lot of ticking because people got bored with and and were constantly taking the arm off the record in the "olden" days!
Labels: EX. Labels are in lovely condition with no markings. There is just a little light spindle wear.
Sleeve: VG. The gatefold sleeve is in solid condition with some fairly heavy edge and corner wear. As it has a metallic finish there are some chips out of the surface on the edges.
With a low start price you could get yourself a real bargain.
