ReturnsAll sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
If your order arrives damaged, a shipping insurance claim will be filed.
Once the carrier approves the claim, a refund will be issued for the item amount only, minus the original shipping cost.
To process a claim, the customer must provide clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged item, along with any additional details requested by the carrier.
Failure to provide the required documentation voids any claim eligibility.
If the customer cannot assist with the claim process, we cannot assist with reimbursement.
