Captain Beefheart & his magic band strictly personal Liberty records lbs 83172 A1 B1 Matrix stereo 1968 first pressing
Blue thumb S1 gatefold heavy card sleeve
The condition of the vinyl is in excellent plus condition- no marks only very light play
The labels are excellent, clean and on close inspection only very light play.
The heavy gatefold cover is in excellent condition throughout with all the text clear and readable along the spine and with hardly any wear at all.
The audio is beautiful, a rich clean, vibrant sound.
These are getting very rare now in any reasonable condition, this one is beautiful.
Graded using the record collectors book which grades as follows-
MINT- the record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
Excellent- the record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/ or creasing.
Very good - the record has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable
