Artist: Caravan Title: In the Land of Grey and Pink Year: 1971 Issue: ZAL 10425.P-1D Other: Brown DERAM labelFor sale is an original copy of In the Land of Grey and Pink by Caravan, one of my all time favourite albums and still an absolute classic.
It is the earlier release with the brown and white DERAM label, NOT the later red and white label which is more common.
Condition: Vinyl in very good condition, one or two very fine surface scratches but nothing obvious. Labels in good condition some faint scratches around the spindle visible in certain lights, otherwise good. Plays very well, some light static in one or two places but nothing significant. Cover condition: Outer sleeve in good condition, some browning around the edge where the laminate doesn't quite fit, one or two other minor blemishes but nothing ugly. Inner sleeve is in good condition, a couple of bent corners and some glue spots showing up along the top where the inside cellophane has been fixed.
All in all a very good example of this classic album, arguably Caravan's best.
