This is a 12" one sided acetate from 4 Star label files.
The song title is written on the record and the old sleeve has writing 500 C628 Date on sleeve 8/31/45

The playing grooves of this acetate is in Mint- condition. 
This must have stood in 4 Star studio warehouse unplayed for over 65 years.
