This is a previously unissued 12" one sided unissued Metal acetate by an unknown Jazzy Blues singer. 
This song was submitted to 4 Star label but rejected and never released. I know nothing about this recording other than it's Great!


The playing grooves of this acetate which start 1/3 into the record is in Mint- condition. 
This must have stood in 4 Star studio warehouse unplayed for over 65 years.
