The A side of the record plays well with no major distortion, it has a few visible marks but no sinister scratches, side B looks fine visually but when played there is some strong surface noise at the start and it gradually fades throughout the record.  There is nothing that can be seen on the b side it may just need a strong cleaning solution.  The sleeve is split along the spine and it has two hole punches at the top.
