RIP Chris. I had the pleasure of seeing Chris play several times starting with the tour for this LP.
This is the hyper rare 45 RPM version. Unopened. Sealed LP on 45 rpm audiophile vinyl. Plastic cover is open in one corner from shelf wear only. Tiny tiny corner wear can be seen if you are really fussy, full disclosure and all that ;-)
"Dirt Floor," by the late Chris Whitley (1960 - 2005), in extra-heavy 45-rpm vinyl. An intimate album of voice and guitar from a Texan who combined rock, roots and blues with an experimental, sonic-art streak. Even his most multitracked, full-band albums had a solitary feel, so the one-man, one-mic sound of "Dirt Floor" made great sense for Whitley.
Side 1: Scrapyard Lullaby, Indian Summer, Accordingly, Wild Country.
Side 2: Ball peen Hammer, From One Island to Another, Altitude, Dirt Floor, Loco Girl.

Scale.
Mint = Perfect, effectively new.
Excellent = light marks only. Played a few times.
Very Good = good playable condition with light marks. Pops and clicks
Good = light scratches, still plays with some extra pops and clicks
Fair = Marked, but plays
