CHROME, SMOKE & FIRE A Compilation of Hot Rod Music by Robert Williams, a Limited Edition Picture Disc Double LP, released in 1987 on the Blast First label with artwork by ROBERT WILLIAMS on the inside and out of the gatefold cover and all four sides of these two picture discs. He also hand-picked these songs as his favorite hot rod tunes from the '40s to the '80s, which the notes state, "were deliberately mastered from existing vinyl therefore they have varying amounts of surface noise." Condition: The records themselves are perfect, they have been played all of 3 times. Twice to record them onto cassette, once just recently to upload them into my computer as MP3's. They lie on a table perfectly flat, no warpage at all. The album jacket though is in poor shape, some moisture damage, much wear. Album cover is warped, not the records Buy these for the music, and the picture discs.
